Fernando comes from an international financial market background, being a specialist in financial advice and portfolio management.
Before moving to Australia from Brazil (2004), Fernando held several operational and co-ordinator roles with HSBC bank and Itau bank, both domiciled in Sao Paulo. His primary responsibilities included strategic planning and managerial support to high net worth private bank clients.
Fernando graduated from Mackenzie University, School of Engineering with a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering in 2001 and is currently completing his final year of a Graduate Diploma in Economics, Finance and Accounting at Deakin University. Fernando is fluent (spoken and written) in four languages, his native Portuguese, Spanish, Hebrew and English.
